Bethany Hall, Electrical Systems Project Engineer, recently named one of the ‘Top 50 Women in Engineering 2022’, will talk you through her exciting, electrified career in aerospace engineering at Rolls-Royce. Bethany will discuss her recent work on ATI FlyZero project, and share her view on how important equity, diversity and inclusion is in the journey to decarbonising aviation. Bethany is an Electrical Systems Project Engineer in the Aviation Futures team at Rolls-Royce, having recently completed a 12-month secondment to the ATI’s FlyZero Project, for which her work in the sustainability team resulted in her being named ‘Top 50 Women in Engineering 2022’ by the Women’s Engineering Society. Bethany also sits on the WISE (Women in Science & Engineering) Young Professionals’ Board and is part of the Aerospace Growth Partnership Skills Working Group.
