This presentation will outline work with the private education sector to establish pre-employment and general manufacturing training programmes such that ‘ready for entry’ cohorts are available for aerospace and related apprenticeships. The emphasis will be on targeting SME aerospace clusters to build back better through international bi-lateral exchange to deliver more of the higher paying jobs following Brexit.
