The entrance into the #FIA75 giveaway is subject to the following T&Cs:
- Promoter: Farnborough International Limited
- Limit of one entry per person
- The prize is subject to availability
- There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not negotiable or transferable
- The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, FIL will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the FIL, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
- No purchase is required
- The prize does not include any travel, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
- The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the ADS Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://www.adsgroup.org.uk/privacy-policy/
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
- By registering your interest for FIA2024, you will be entered into the draw to win 1 of 75 free tickets to attend the show on Friday, 26 July 2024.
- The winners of the draw will be contacted by email, after which they will have 14 days to claim their ticket.
