I would like to enquire about exhibiting at FIA2022, who can I contact?
In the first instance, please complete our enquiry form here and a member of our sales team will contact you in due course.

When will I receive my e-net login and stand location confirmed?
You will receive your E-Net login once we have received your confirmation and payment. The stand location can be found under your account information on E-Net.

I have not received my E-Net login details, what do I do?
If you have not received your E-Net login details please email [email protected]

I have questions about my participation in the show, who can I speak to?

What is the location of my stand?
The stand location can be found under your account information on E-Net. Please contact your account manager for hall plans.

How do I register my passes?
Passes must be registered through E-net.

What time can I access the site on the first day of the show?
Exhibitors will have access to the site from 06:00 each day.

What are the build-up and break-down times?
Details regarding build-up and breakdown times can be found in the Exhibition Regulations. 

Can we park on site during build up?
Yes, Exhibitors can enter via Gate A and park in Car Park 1.

Where can I park during the show?
Vehicle labels for the onsite car parks can be purchased via E-Net. There is also free parking in the offsite Queens Parade Car Park with a free shuttle bus to the show.

What is the deadline for booking stand space at FIA2022?
There is no deadline. To ensure that you get the right location for your business please ensure you contact the Sales Team ASAP. 

What is the payment required and terms for booking at this stage of the show?
At this stage of the show cycle we require 100% payment upon receipt of the application form.

Where do we buy welcome reception tickets from?
These can be purchased through your E-Net account when they go live in May 2022.

What is the build height for my stand?
Please consult the Sales Team if you have any queries on the build height for your stand.

What items can I remove when the show closes for business on Friday 22 July?
Only handheld items can be removed from the show on close of business, a form will need to be completed and returned to our Operations team. This will be available on E-net in due course.

What are the important deadlines?

You will be able to find all the important deadlines via your E-net Account.

Key Action Dates are also listed in the Exhibitor Regulations in the Introduction section which will be available nearer the show.

How do contractors receive their own login details for E-net?
You will need to register your official contractor through E-net, they will then receive their own login details.

What level of insurance is required for the show?
The insurance cover will need to be at the value of £5million.

The Farnborough International Airshow is located south-west of London and is served by strong national and international travel links. Travel to Farnborough in as little as 35 minutes by train from London Waterloo or access the venue by car from the M3 and enjoy free parking. For those travelling by air, Heathrow is only 30 minutes away and Gatwick is only 50 minutes by car. Farnborough Airport, adjacent to the venue, is one of Europe’s leading business airports for private flights from around the world.

By Road
Should you decide to travel by car, the Farnborough International Airshow is located just off the M3 (J4) and A31. There is free parking available on the Queens Parade ground in Aldershot. There will be yellow AA signs and traffic marshals directing traffic to the appropriate car parks. Please follow the yellow AA signs with the blue P. All car parks are serviced by accessible shuttle buses which will take you to the show site. The free shuttle bus service runs from 0700 – 1900hrs during the show. There is a walking route from the car park, however, please note it is a 30-minute walk.

On arrival at the gate, you will need your FIA Trade Pass to access the show.

By Rail
Farnborough International Airshow is within easy reach of three stations: Farnborough Main, North Camp and Aldershot.

Farnborough Main is served by South Western Railway and is the quickest station to get to from London Waterloo. To travel to the airshow from Gatwick Airport, Reading or Guildford, take the Great Western Railway service to North Camp station.

A free shuttle bus service will operate from each of these three stations from 0700 – 1900 during the show days of 18-22 July.

On arrival at the gate, you will need your FIA Trade Pass to access the show.

By Air
London Heathrow is a 30-minute drive from Farnborough. Alternatively, there is a shuttle bus from Heathrow to Woking train station where visitors can transfer to Farnborough Main station in as little as 10 minutes. Please visit the Heathrow Airport website for more details.

London Gatwick is a 50-minute drive from Farnborough or alternatively 50 minutes by train from Gatwick to North Camp, where free shuttle buses will be operating between the station and the Farnborough International site from 0700 – 1900 during the show days of 18-22 July. On arrival at the gate, you will need your FIA Trade Pass to access the show.

Is there free car parking available?
If you are travelling to the show by car, there is free parking available on the Queens Parade ground. There will be yellow AA signs and traffic marshals directing traffic to the appropriate car parks. Please follow the yellow AA signs with the blue P. All car parks are serviced by accessible shuttle buses which will take you to the show site. There are some car parks from where it is possible to walk to the site.

Is there a bus service to and from the train station?
There is a free shuttle bus service from the following stations:

Farnborough Main

North Camp

Aldershot

These will run continuously between 0700 – 1900hrs during the open days of the show 18 - 22 July.

What is the admission fees for Trade Days?

Prices for Trade Visitor passes for the 2022 Farnborough International Airshow are as follows:

  • Trade Visitor - Valid for all five days
    £225.00 + VAT
  • Trade Visitor - Valid for any four days
    £180.00 + VAT
  • Trade Visitor - Valid for any three days
    £135.00 + VAT
  • Trade Visitor - Valid for any two days
    £90.00 + VAT
  • Trade Visitor - Valid for one day
    £45.00 + VAT

 

How do I purchase a pass?

Please note that passes are strictly non-transferable and valid for the registered visitor only.

Can I buy passes on the day?
We encourage all Trade Visitors to register in advance to save both time and money. There will be limited facilities for visitors to register on the day and there is an increased cost (from £45+ VAT advance). There will be a wait whilst your registration is processed and verified and this may delay you entering the show.

Pioneers of Tomorrow Passes are limited and we would encourage you to register in advance. We cannot guarantee there will be passes for sale at the gate on the day.

Is there parking for Trade Visitors?
Vehicle labels for the onsite car parks (1,5,6 and 8) are available to purchase via E-Net. Premium offsite parking is available to purchase for Pioneers of Tomorrow during the registration process. There is also free parking in the offsite Queens Parade Car Park with a free shuttle bus to the show.

Are children allowed into the event?
Due to the nature of the event children are not allowed into the Airshow during trade week, however on the Friday we open our doors to a limited number of the general public. More information on Pioneers of Tomorrow can be found here: https://www.farnboroughairshow.com/pioneers-of-tomorrow/

What is Aerospace Global Forum?
The Aerospace Global Forum (AGF) is a brand-new feature for the Farnborough International Airshow 2022, for the first time, providing a unique global platform to drive immediate action, accelerating transition to the new, Net Zero.

Taking place throughout the trade week, the Aerospace Global Forum will welcome global leaders from across aerospace and beyond to drive climate action and transform our industry.

Passes for the Aerospace Global Forum can be purchased in addition to your FIA2022 entry and daily passes are priced at £248 + VAT. A daily pass bundle is also available that includes the FIA2022 Trade Pass, priced at £293 +VAT. The AGF pass gives you access to the AGF headline panel sessions, Q&A, AGF unpack sessions, networking opportunities, industry insights and on-demand content on your chosen day/s.

What facilities are there for disabled visitors?

Disabled facilities include:

  • Complimentary carer pass for those accompanying a disabled visitor
  • Disabled car parking
  • Disabled toilets across the show site
  • Show mobility
  • Medical assistance if required from the onsite Medical Centre

Whilst we do not allow animals on site, guide and assistance dogs are permitted.

Is there disabled parking available?
There is a disabled car park onsite which is free of charge to blue badge holders. Access is via Gate F. Please display your blue badge in your car as you approach and follow the yellow AA event signage. You will be directed by Traffic Marshals to the disabled car park. Spaces are on a first come first served basis. Should all the spaces be full, you will be directed to one of the outer car parks. All of our car parks are serviced by accessible shuttle buses which will bring you to the show.

What toilet facilities are there on site?
There are accessible toilets available across the Farnborough International Airshow site both within the exhibition halls and throughout the outdoor exhibition areas.

I am disabled, can my carer come for free?
The Airshow organiser will give one complimentary pass to carers or companions accompanying registered disabled visitors. Please email your visitor pass confirmation email and documentation to support your request to [email protected]

Can I hire electric scooters or wheelchairs?
Show mobility services operate at the airshow and there will be a limited number of electric scooters and wheelchairs at the airshow for disabled visitors to book in advance. The contact details for this service are:

How do I get a Flying Display schedule?
A daily schedule will be available on site on each day, as well as on the website. Aircraft listings will also be available on the Official Airshow app – available in the weeks leading up to the show and free to download from the app store.  

Where is the best location to view the Flying Displays?
The best location to view the Flying Displays is in the open areas in front of the chalet rows or from the chalets themselves.

Media can photograph the Flying Display from the Media Centre balcony or the broadcast platform.

Will the Airshow site be very noisy during the flying displays?
The Airshow site will be very loud during the Flying Displays. The displays may include fast jets that can be considerably noisy.  

Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?
The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated alongside the runway and aircraft locations will be printed within the programme.  Please refer to our site map for further details.

What aircraft are on display?
We will publish Aircraft listings as and when we are able to announce them. Please check the website and our social media accounts for further details.  

Aircraft listings will also be available on the Official Airshow app – available in the weeks leading up to the show and free to download from the app store. 

What happens in the event of extreme weather? Will the show still go ahead?
The Flying Display will take place if it is raining.  However, the organiser retains the right to cancel any part of the Flying Display due to adverse weather conditions.

How do Media register for a Media Pass?

Media will have to submit their media accreditation application through the Farnborough International Airshow website. Please note that all accreditation applications are subject to approval. The media accreditation process is set to go live in May/June 2022.

What are the show opening times?

The opening times for the show are as follows:

  • Monday 18 July:     10:00 - 16:00
  • Tuesday 19 July:    09:00 - 17:30
  • Wednesday 20 July:  09:00 - 17:30
  • Thursday 21 July:   09:00 - 17:30
  • Friday 22 July:     09:00 - 17:30

 

What type of food & drink can I buy on site?
There will a number of catering facilities located across the show site. There is a café in each of the exhibition halls and an outdoor food court, “The Square”, offering artisan take-away options. Seating is available in all food areas.

Can I bring my own food & drink?
Visitors are permitted to bring their own picnics. Please ensure that you do not bring any sharp items i.e. knives and corkscrews. These will be confiscated at the gate.

Will there be Halal meat available?
There will be at least one outlet selling products using Halal meat. Alternatively, visitors have the option to bring their own picnic.

Is there drinking water available on site?
Free drinking water stations can be found throughout the site. These are clearly marked on the map and on the wayfinding signage.

What toilet facilities are there on site?
There are plenty of toilet facilities on site. There is also an accessible toilet and drinking water in each toilet block.

What do I do if I hurt myself whilst at the show?
In the event of injury or illness, locate the Medical Centre near Gate E (detailed on Show Map) or contact any of the Organisers or Security Staff who will arrange assistance. If emergency assistance is required, please dial 01252 636999 or 999.

Can I take photos or film during the show?
The use of photographic equipment is allowed for private domestic purposes only. All other recording and any transmission is strictly prohibited. As a condition of entry to the Airshow you assign to the Organiser (by way of a present assignment of future copyright) the copyright in any photographs or recordings you make at the Airshow.

COVID INFORMATION
The Organiser and the Venue closely monitor the UK government guidance and therefore any planned measures remain dynamic and subject to change. Currently there is no requirement for Farnborough International Airshow 2022 to implement any Covid related measures. However due to the international audience that Farnborough International Airshow attracts, we will continue to provide hand sanitiser and related signage in key areas.
