We want your visit to Pioneers of Tomorrow 2026 to be as smooth and stress-free as possible, so please take a moment to review the helpful information below.

Plan Your Journey

We recommend using public transport to attend the show wherever possible. Full information on local transport links is available on our Getting Here page.

There are free shuttle buses from key local stations.

Please allow enough time to travel to and from the show and expect delays at peak times.

Car Parking

Free parking is available at Rushmoor Arena Car Park and Queens Parade ground.

If you are traveling from the south via A323 or A325, follow AA Signage for car parking to Rushmoor Arena Car Park. Buses from Rushmoor Arena will be running to the Show via Gate F.

There will also be shuttle buses running from Queens Parade parking site.

Blue badge holders can park on site for free in Car Park 6 with a free service into the show site offered by Community First, please follow the blue badge AA signage which will direct you to Gate F.

Food & Drink

There are plenty of catering outlets onsite (indoors and outdoors), as well as picnic areas available if you wish to bring your own (please do not pack any prohibited sharp items)

There is free water throughout the site, please bring a refillable water bottle.

Show Environment

It will be loud and busy, so consider bringing ear defenders. Please note, we will not be selling these onsite.
