Across the complex web of critical infrastructure and supply chains that keep society functioning, disparities in capability, resources and governance mean some organisations cannot operate securely in connected systems. This workshop explores how this Cyber Poverty Gap creates systemic risk and impacts resilience. With a focus on OT - Operational Technology and the space supply chain, it brings experts – practitioners, policymakers and academics together to identify practical ways to reduce risk, strengthen collaboration, and build more secure and resilient systems.
